Treatment
Maneuver |
group 1 will be operated by Assar's technique that include:
1-Vascular ligation of both Uterine and internal iliac arteries
2-excision of lower segment with placenta enblock
3-cervico-isthmic approximation
Group 2 operated by shehata's technique which include:
1- double ligation of uterine arteries on both sides before and after placental separation
2- suturing of placenta bed with 2 quadrable sutures
3-insetion of triple way foly's catheter

(a) Preoperative diagnosis of PAS either by ultrasound or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
(b) patients wishing future fertility,
