group 1 will be operated by Assar's technique that include:
1-Vascular ligation of both Uterine and internal iliac arteries
2-excision of lower segment with placenta enblock
3-cervico-isthmic approximation

Group 2 operated by shehata's technique which include:
1- double ligation of uterine arteries on both sides before and after placental separation
2- suturing of placenta bed with 2 quadrable sutures
3-insetion of triple way foly's catheter

Key inclusion criteria
(a) Preoperative diagnosis of PAS either by ultrasound or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
(b) patients wishing future fertility,
(c) patients declined hysterectomy.
Key exclusion criteria
(a) Patients completing their family
(b)Patients accepting hysterectomy
(c) hemodynamic instability
(d) patient with more than 3 prior cesarean sections
