| Basic objectives -Others | Ventricular arrhythmias are severe complications of acute myocardial infarction and associated with a high mortality. If we determine the predictor of ventricular arrhythmias, we can consider intensive medication and implantable carioverter defibrillator implantation aggressively. |

Acute myocardial infarction patients who were older than 20 years of age, and all the patients provided written informed consent. We analyze the prevalence of ventricular arrhythmias for post myocardial infarction, and the relevance between ventricular arrhythmias and inspection results such as blood tests, echocardiography, or cardiac nuclear medicine examination. |
