Key inclusion criteria
RCTs and observational studies comparing conventional with compression-only CPR in pediatric out-of-hospital cardiac arrest are included in this study.
Key exclusion criteria
Studies which don't report our primary or secondary outcomes are excluded. In addition, we exclude studies reported in languages other than English.

We search PubMed(MEDLINE), Cochrane library, EMBASE. At least two independent reviewers screen the abstracts and titles of the studies and subsequently reviewed the full text articles for inclusion. At least two independent reviewers also assess the risk of bias in individual studies as methodological quality of articles, and disagreements were resolved by discussion and consensus.
