Key inclusion criteria
1)patients more than 3 kg in weight
2)under 12 years old
3)undergoing elective laparoscopic inguinal herniorrhaphy
4)written informed consent from parents
Key exclusion criteria
1)patients with known lung disease
2)within 34 weeks for gestational ages
3)with allergic history to any drug used in this study
4)with a history of difficult intubation
