The purpose of the study is to examine the effectiveness of a job crafting intervention program for work engagement, as primary outcome, among workers, with a pretest-posttest study design. The study also aimed to examine the effectiveness of this program for improving psychological distress, job crafting, and performance as secondary outcomes.
