The aim of this research is to elucidate the neural mechanism relevant to attentional processing in response to a salient stimulus in visual search or similar tasks, based on EEG data.

Attaching EEG electrodes on the scalp of the participants non-invasively with gel.

Healthy volunteers.
The informed consent before the experiment.
Metal inside their body which would interfere with the EEG recording (e.g. pacemaker). Taking medication. Receiving treatment at a hospital. Students belong to the investigator's laboratory.
