PH lesions in 58 eyes exhibiting PH on late-phase ICGA images were quantified using ImageJ software. Overall, 3401 PH lesions were detected. Eyes without a watershed zone had significantly more PH lesions than those with a watershed zone (*p* = 0.002). The proportion of PH lesions in the superior region differed significantly according to vertical vortex vein dominance, with PH lesions preferentially distributed on the dominant side (*p* < 0.001).
