Male and Female
1. Severe bacterial or fungal corneal ulcers that affect pupillary lesion, presumably inducing impairment of visual function.
2. High risk for corneal perforation by conventional treatment with antibiotics.
1. Non-infectious corneal ulcers.
2. General diseases influencing wound healing in the ocular surface.
3. Pregnancy or breast feeding.
