The purpose of this study is to assess the methodological quality and completeness of reporting in Systematic Reviews including pediatric patients and underlying current Clinical Practice Guidelines for Obesity across domestic professional organizations both.

To assess the methodological quality and completeness of reporting in Systematic Reviews underlying Clinical Practice Guidelines for Pediatric Obesity.
Global Methodological Quality and Completeness of Reporting of Clinical Practice Guidelines as represented by underlying systematic reviews graded with the AMSTAR tool and PRISMA checklist, respectively.
Comparing the extent to which United States and international groups use available, relevant systematic reviews to formulate guidelines.

Clinical Practice Guidelines:
1. Clinical Practice Guidelines must be recognized by a national governmental or provider/professional organization.
2. Clinical Practice Guidelines must be in English.
3. Clinical Practice Guidelines must contain recommendations relevant to best practices in the diagnosis, treatment, and/or management of Obesity in pediatric populations.
Systematic Reviews:
1. Systematic Reviews must be in English.
2. Systematic Reviews must be peer-reviewed and published, or currently in press.
3. The Systematic Review must have performed a systematic search and synthesis of available evidence.
4. The Systematic Review includes, at least in part, a synthesis of data from pediatric populations
Clinical Practice Guidelines:
1. Clinical Practice Guidelines without reference lists and those without readily accessible reference lists such as those only accessible by email correspondence will be excluded.
2. Addendums published relevant to one or more recommendations for a CPG will be excluded.
3. CPGs not recognized by a professional organization or governmental body will be excluded.
Systematic Reviews:
1. Systematic reviews of animal studies will be excluded.
