Narrative objectives1	In this study, we analyze and investigate the relevance between the individual emergency disease and regional characteristic, habit, population dynamics, hospital placement using ambulance service records that is conducted only in Nagasaki.

Primary outcomes	(1) Patients basics information: Age, sex, dispatch place (Patient's name and house number are not included) (2) Disease information: Primary diagnosis, final diagnosis, presence or absence of surgery, outcome one week later (3) Local characteristic information: Temperature, eating habits, population dynamics, hospital placement, etc.
