Narrative objectives1	To investigate an actual status of a definitive diagnosis of Gauchers disease by measuring glucocerebrosidase (GCB) activity in patients with suspected Gauchers disease based upon clinical symptoms, and preliminarily determine the factors affecting the definitive diagnosis

Key inclusion criteria	1.Patients who were diagnosed as suspicion of Gauchers disease 2.Patients whom the written informed consent was obtained by him/herself or by proxy at the time of study enrollment 3.Patients whose number of platelets are less than 120000/micro L
Key exclusion criteria	1.Patients who were definitively diagnosed as idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) 2.Patients who were definitively diagnosed as aplastic anemia 3. Patients whom the principal investigator judged not to be eligible as a target
