Interventions/Control_1	experiential learning program nurse managers continue to keep learning log by experience for four months. the log is kept for a specified time period with a specified number of entries, about paticular event. the expected frequency is around 1-2 times for one month. in the time that a keeping learning log, it is degree for from 30 minutes to one hour.
