Cranio- vertebral angle less than 48 degrees
BMI between 20-25
-History of injury in neck and shoulder
-History of neurological diseases
-Receiving physical therapy in last 6 months
-Severe rheumatoid arthritis, joint problems, cancer, tumor, inflammatory diseases in study regions
-History of fraction or surgery in neck and upper extremities
-weekly regular physical activity
-History of being champion or being a member of sport teams
