Key inclusion criteria
1) Patients who meet criteria for major depressive episode of DSM-IV-TR
2) Patients who responded poorly to the standard treatment with antidepressants or mood stabilizers.
Key exclusion criteria
1) Post-intracranial bleeding and possibly still bleeding
2) Right after stroke
3) Hypotention
4) Tachycardia
5) On medication which causes bleeding tendency
6) pregnant or possibly pregnant
7) breastfeeding
