Outcome measures included walking speed, stride length, leg muscle strength, UPDRS3 score, and finger tapping parameters (maximum distance, total path length, and movement speed). Significant improvements were observed in walking speed (p < 0.05), UPDRS3 score (p < 0.01), and total path length (p < 0.01).
