1.patients who need muscle biopsy for the diagnosis of polymyositis/dermatomyositis
2.patients who need muscle biopsy for the diagnosis of myopathy other than polymyositis/dermatomyositis
3.patients with polymyositis/dermatomyositis who need muscle biopsy for evaluating disease activity
