Eating 150 g of cooked rice at 30 min after drinking 200 mL of water (Total amount of carbohydrates is set at 50 g) <Test2> Eating 141 g of cooked rice at 10 min after eating 90 g of vegetable salad (Total amount of carbohydrates is set at 50 g) <Test3> Eating 109 g of cooked rice at 10 min after drinking 200 mL of vegetable juice (Total amount of carbohydrates is set at 50 g) <Test4> Eating 141 g of cooked rice at 30 min after eating 90 g of vegetable salad (Total amount of carbohydrates is set at 50 g) <Test5> Eating 109 g of cooked rice at 30 min after drinking 200 mL of vegetable juice (Total amount of carbohydrates is set at 50 g) Each test was performed approximately one week apart and conducted at the same time in the morning |

1) Who do not fit key exclusion criteria 2) Who provide written informed consents |

| Key exclusion criteria | 1) Who has abnormal glucose tolerance in medical check-ups for the prior year
2) Who has food allergy to the test meals 3) Who has remarkable hypersensitivity to alcohol 4) Who will get pregnant or breast-feed during the study period 5) Who join other human studies 6) Who are judged unsuitable for this study by principal investigator |
