Narrative objectives1
In previous reports, in oral cancer, there is a report that overexpression of Ezrin and Erk is related to invasion of cancer.In this study, in using the tongue cancer paraffin block infiltration of tongue cancer and tongue carcinoma in situ organization, consider the factors involved in the development of tongue cancer performed immunostaining histologically.The results obtained by immunostaining it is an object to be verified with tongue cancer cell lines and nude experimental system.
