Scores of periodical findings of chest high-resolution computed tomography.

2. Bacteriological efficacy: sputum culture, and bacterial floral analysis findings of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) with 16S ribosomal RNA gene sequencing.
3. Cytokines, chemokines and oxidative stress markers in BALF
4. Analysis of mineral components in BALF

2. Patients with suspected NTM
Key exclusion criteria
1. Patients without written informed consent to participate in this study
2. Patients with at risk of performing bronchoscopy, or without informed consent to perform bronchoscpy
