Key inclusion criteria
1.Type 1 diabetes
2.Patients were not treated with insulin degludec previously.
3.Patients were agreed to participate in this study with written informed consent.
Key exclusion criteria
Patients were free of severe infections, seriously wounded, alcohol abuser, malnutrition or staving, pregnant women and women suspected of being pregnant, with low compliance.
