patients who had persistent VUR on followup VCUG and were subsequently followed under active surveillance without CAP
Patients with secondary VUR or associated abnormality such as ureterocele, ectopic ureter, concomitant ureteropelvic junction obstruction, multicystic dysplastic kidney, posterior urethral valve or neurogenic bladder
