To examine the effectiveness of the low intensity cognitive behavioral therapy program combined with medication, work-directed intervention for return-to-workers in major depressive disorder and adjustment disorders generally.

Program of 6 times in 8 weeks by internet-based CBT with self-training mainly
Health guidance once with a reference material

Male and Female
1) Workers with 4 weeks to 1 years after return to work, taking medication and work-directed intervention
2) Subjects with DSM-5 Major Depressive Disorder or Adjustment disorders in reason for sick absence
3) 5<= PHQ-9 <=14 at entry to the study
4) SASS-J <=34 at entry to the study
5) Subjects with necessity of self-care training decided by either occupational health physician or attending doctor.
6) Subjects with understanding of attending doctor as to participate in the program
1) Care of counseling at entry to the study
2) Subjects with irrelevance (subjects with other psychiatric disorders) and serious suicidal ideation decided by either occupational health physician or attending doctor.
