Participants with stroke inpatients in Tokyo Metropolitan Rehabilitation Hospital.
pacemaker or other implanted stimulator use, history of seizures, use of anticonvulsants, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, or benzodiaxepines, and other serious medical conditions.
