There are few long-term, large-scale prospective studies of patients who underwent kidney biopsy.Our aim is to determine prognostic factors in renal diseases and evaluate the impact of treatment with long term outcome.

1)Patients who don't agree with this study.
2)Patients judged as being inappropriate for this sthdy by investigator.
