The present study aimed to investigate whether psychological condition and the autonomic nervous system could change by functional foods and electroacupuncture in healthy subjects.
Efficacy

It indicated that AHCC intake was improved "Cannot sleep well" and "Fatigue" of questionnaire and Dysphoria, Anger-Hostility, Fatigue, Confusion of POMS. In addition, HF was significantly increased at rest, and LF/HF was significantly increased at mental arithmetic.
