Key inclusion criteria
1) Bullous keratopathy patients who are indicated for DSAEK in Osaka University Hospital
2) Aged 20 years old and over
3) Written informed consent
Key exclusion criteria
1) Bullous keratopathy patients who are not indicated for DSAEK
2) Those who have been decided not appropriate for enrollment by the principal investigator
3) Patients without doing follow-up visits
