In active group, participants eat the jelly with 1g apple pectin 3 times a day before each meal for 4 weeks.

In placebo group, participants eat the placebo jelly 3 times a day before each meal for 4 weeks.

Key inclusion criteria
(1)Employees of Fukushima prefecture companies.
(2)Those who have been detected 7500 cpm by whole body counter (WBC) examination after 11 Mar.,2011.
(3)Those who can understand the purpose and the contents of this study, and can agree with participation by letter.
Key exclusion criteria
(1)The presence of allergic response to apple.
(2)Those who have taken medical supplies or supplements which investigator judged that this trial would be affected.
(3)Those who are under treatment of severe disease such as cancer.
(4)Pregnancy or beast-feeding.
(5)In addition, those who were judged inadequate by investigator.
