Participants consume 10g of "Biomilk G26" dissolved by water (50-75ml) twice a day (at breakfast and dinner) for 16 weeks.

Key inclusion criteria
Over sixties residents of special nursing home Himegahama-so (Matsuyama, Ehime) or Abutokensei-en (Fukuyama, Hiroshima)
Key exclusion criteria
(1)Those who show an allergic reaction to the test food.
(2)Those who have severe dementia.
(3)Those who cannot take anything by mouth.
(4)Those who cannot understand the purpose and the contents of this study.
(5) In addition, those who were judged inadequate by investigator.
