Key inclusion criteria
1) Patients with acute cholecystitis
2) Moderate or mild acute cholecystitis which was not relieved with conservative therapy
Key exclusion criteria
1)Patients with severe cholecystitis
2)Patients with choledocholithiasis
3)Patients with gallbladder cancer
4)Patients with difficulty in percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder aspiration
5)Patients with severe ascites
6) Patients with hypersensitivity of local anesthesia
7)Inappropriate patient
