Male and Female
1.Patients enrolled in the Japanese CTO PCI Expert Registry from July 2013 to June 2015 who are able to be followed up for five years
2.Patients after successful stent implantation without complications
3.Patients taking clopidogrel
4.Patients who give written informed consent for the analysis of CYP2C19 genetic polymorphism
5.Patients who are able to undergo follow-up coronary angiography or multislice computed tomography after one year
Patients who are ineligible for the Japanese CTO PCI Expert Registry
