1. Patients 20 years of age and older
2. Patients with pneumonia categorized as group B according to the JRS Guidelines for the Management of Nursing and Healthcare-Associated Pneumonia in Adults
1. Patients receiving other antibiotic treatments with their clinical efficacy
2. Contraindication for azithromycin administration
3. Patients deemed ineligible by the attending physicians for various reasons.
4. Patients with serious heart disorders
