Key inclusion criteria
1. Clinically proven recurrent tumor
2. Measurable tumor by CT or MRI
3. Age >=16
4. PS 0-2
5. Tumor at previously irradiated site
6. Information on previous irradiation
7. Life expectancy more than 6 months
8. Informed consent
Key exclusion criteria
1. Tumor invasion to gastrointestinal tract or major blood vessel
2. Active infarction
3. Early recurrent tumor less than 3 months
4. Severe concomitant diseases
5. (Possibly) pregnant patients
6. Other medical or psychological unsuitable reasons
