Key inclusion criteria
1. Histologically proven malignant tumor
2. Measurable tumor by CT or MRI
3. Age >=16
4. PS 0-3
5. Life expectancy more than 6 months
6. Informed consent
Key exclusion criteria
1. Tumor invasion to gastrointestinal tract
2. Active infarction
3. Past history of radiotherapy
4. Severe concomitant diseases
5. (Possibly) pregnant patients
6. Other medical or psychological unsuitable reasons
