We measured the concentrations of urinary liver-type fatty acid binding protein during pediatric living donor renal transplantation. The urine samples were collected at the preoperative period, immediately after the dissection of the ureter, and postoperative period from the donor and the initial urine after the anastomosis from the recipient.
