Outpatients with the ocular complication of diabetes, age-related macular degeneration and retinal vascular diseases.
Outpatients without ocular diseases.
Key exclusion criteria
Under 20 years
Type 1 diabetes
Ongoing hemodialysis
Current malignant disease
Inflammatory disease
Current chronic respiratory disease
