Patients to be examined with the endoscopy having ability of magnifying.
Key exclusion criteria
Patients with serious underlying disease.
Patients of whom a biopsy is not allowed.

Other related information
1) We observe gastric lesions with suspected gastric cancer using a magnifying endoscope and evaluate presence or absence of WGA.
2) All the lesions are evaluated pathologically.
3) We evaluate frequency of the WGA in pathological gastric cancer / non-cancer lesion.
