Device,equipment |
Electrical muscle stimulation(EMS) group:EMS is provided every day with usual prophylaxis for DVT.
Control group:usual prophylaxis only.

Critically patients requiring mechanical ventilation for more than a week.
Patients with lower limb paralysis due to head injury, stroke and spinal cord injury,
Patients with lower limb burn.Pregnants.Pediatrics under 16.Patients with neurological history.Patients with pacemakeror or life-support electric equipment.Patients with SAH,epilepsy,congestive heart failure or unstable patients.
