Key inclusion criteria
1.Advanced and recurrent gastrointestinal and hepato-billirary pancreatic carcinoma
2.Age over 20 years
3.Performance status 0-2
4.Adequate organ function
WBC:over 2,000/ mm3
Plt:over 50,000/mm3
Hb:over 8.5 g/dl
Cr:under 2.0mg/dl
5.Written informed consent
Key exclusion criteria
1.patient who was malignant lymphoma, or leukemia
2.HTLV-1 antibody, or HIV antibody is positive
3.patient who has interstitial pneumonia
4.patient who has activated autoimmune
5.patient who has activated cardiac disease
6.patient who has severe drug allergy
7.pregnant
