1) Pathologically confirmed breast cancer who diagnosed
2) Age: >=20 and <=80
3) Written informed consent
1) Planned to breast reconstruction surgery
2) Post sentinel node biopsy
3) Patients who take anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents
4) Patients with severe hepatic disease.
5) Patients with severe kidney disease.
6) Pregnant and women who may be pregnant
