group A received regular physiotherapy for 20 minutes and gait training with SMAD for 20 minutes each workday 5 times a week for 4 weeks. Then, without wash-out phase, this group eceived regular physiotherapy for 20 minutes and gait training without SMAD for 20 minutes each workday 5 times a week for 4 weeks.
group B received regular physiotherapy for 20 minutes and gait training without SMAD for 20 minutes each workday 5 times a week for 4 weeks. Then, without wash-out phase, this group eceived regular physiotherapy for 20 minutes and gait training with SMAD for 20 minutes each workday 5 times a week for 4 weeks.
