To investigate the efficacy of hepatobiliary-pancreatic surgery navigated by ICG fluorescence imaging (ICGF).

1)The staining performance of ICGF when applied to anatomical resection of the liver.
2)The efficacy of intraoperative angiography of splanchnic vessels using ICGF.

Diagnosis
Medicine | Device,equipment | Maneuver |
1)Using Near-inflared ray camera system, ICG fluorescence imaging (ICGF) is performed after bolus injectino of 2.5mg ICG. The subject of ICGF is 1) Regional liver staining with ICG 2) angiography of splanchnic vessels around the pancreatic head and hepatoduodenal ligament.

Male and Female
1) Patients who are candidate of anatomical liver resection.
2) Patients who are candidate of pancreatic resection accompanied with dissection around pancreas and superior mesenteric artery.
3) patients who are candidate of hepatobiliary-pancreatic surgery accompanied with arterial or portal resection and reconstruction.
Patients with allergic history to iodinated contrast material or ICG itself.
Patients with severely impaired liver function or cirrhosis.
Patients who are not considered to be eligible to this trial.
