To evaluate the pharmacokinetics of daptomycin, daptomycin is administered in a single dose (6mg/kg) to healthy volunteers. Drug monitoring of daptomycin is performed 6 times (0hr, 0.5hr, 2hr, 6hr, 12hr, 24hr), and check several data (blood test, biochemistry examination, blood coagulation test) before administration of daptomycin.
