Verify the validity towards reduction surgery using the sentinel lymph node biopsy of endometrial cancer in laparoscopic surgery

Primary outcomes
We will identify the sentinel lymph node during surgery. And we enforce the standard surgery, including systematic lymph node dissection as usual.
We consider the site and the number of sentinel lymph node. We ask the sensitivity and specificity of sentinel lymph node examined the histopathological findings.

Endometrial cancer who do not wish to preserve the tolerability
Patients who would like to receive this type of operation
Advanced clinical stage IA
That there is no disease progression to cervical
Tissue type is endometrioid adenocarcinoma G1-2

Endometrial cancer patients who wish to preserve the tolerability
