hyperuricemic patients (>7.0) with LV diastolic dysfunction (E/E' >=15 OR 15>E/E'>=8 & BNP>200)
Key exclusion criteria
LV systolic dysfunction (LVEF<50)
liver dysfunction (AST or ALT>=100)
renal dysfunction (eGFR<30)
