Primary outcomes
After ESD, endoscopists evaluate whether the simple MAG-ESD according to 2 criteria:suppportive and not supportive.
Key secondary outcomes
procedure time, exposire time for magnetic field, complications,, en-bloc resection rate.

After circmuferential mucosal cutting,small magnetic weight connecting thread microforceps is placed at the mucosal edge. The submucosal disseciton by suitable counter-traction using magnet placed outside the body of the patient.

Key inclusion criteria
Early gastrointestinal tumors suitable for ESD. Cases with written and oral informed consent are included.
Key exclusion criteria
Cases with severe complications are excluded. The patients with chemical fiber allergy. The patients with a cardiac pacemaker or implantable cardioverter defibrillator.
