Key inclusion criteria
a patient who will be received pancreatoduodenectomy and reconstructed by duct-to-mucosa anastomosis between the remnant panceras and the jejunum
Key exclusion criteria
a patient who has a dilated main pancreatic duct more than 10-mm preoperatively
