To evaluate the ability of cardiac MRI modified T1 mapping method for providing useful stable index of myocardial fibrosis.

To compare the parameter of T1 mapping with diastolic function derived from echocardiography, myocardial biopsy, oxidative stress test and metabolic profile of serum amino acids.
