Key inclusion criteria
1) Patients without osteoporosis therapy
2) Postmenopausal women
3) Non-smoker
4) Patients who themselves can voluntarily provide written consent to participate in this study, and can also follow the study protocol
Key exclusion criteria
1) Patients with vain thrombosis
2) Patients with anti-phospholipid antibody syndrome
3) Severe hepatopathy or nephropathy that may affect the evaluation of drug safety
4) Patients who are deemed to be inappropriate by the investigator or sub-investigators
