1) decreased Qualty of Life by skin toxicity of cetuximab (Skindex16 over 27)
2) ECOG PS 0,1
3) able to use ceramide cream
4) able to answer to questionaire
5) life expectancy over 3months
Key exclusion criteria
1) Other reason causing skin symptom
2) Not apropriate to registration
