Narrative objectives1
The diabetic patients, who secedes from an insulin therapy is medicated with mitiglinide or voglibose. The comparison examination of change of the glycemic control after medication and the glucose tolerance change will be carried out.

HbA1c<6.5%(JDS) and total insulin units <16 U.
Key exclusion criteria
Patients falling under the [contraindication] in attached files of the experimental drugs.
Patients whom principal investigator concludes to be unsuitable for the test, in other reasons.
